In today’s world, Tay Juhana Foundation (TJF) helps people to produce food in unconventional types of lands so we all don’t starve now and in the future. We are a nonprofit organization dedicated to advocating the cultivation of suboptimal lands into productive lands in the most sustainable manner.

TJF is fully operated by young talents committed to utilizing their optimum skills and capabilities to formulate effective strategies, conduct comprehensive research, and communicate the messages in cultivating food crops in suboptimal lands. We bring a significant change in the way we manage our lands to bring food for humanity. Job Summary

The intern will be responsible for supporting the team in building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.

Job Description

Remote position, office hours.
Support the team in building and executing social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging, and audience identification.
Plan and schedule social media updates/campaigns regularly.
Generate, edit, publish, and share regular content.
Continuously analyze social media traffic and monitor the trends.
Help in maintaining good communication with partners and any relevant external party
Assist in document proofreading and translating when needed.

Candidate Requirement

Highly-motivated and creative individual.
Active in social media and have a keen interest in modern social media utilization.
Strong writing skills (i.e., proofreading, editing, and translating).
Basic skills in image and video editing (familiar with Canva).
Fresh-graduate Bachelor Degree in any major. Familiar with environmental or agriculture issues is a plus.
Candidates must be computer literate and tech-savvy (proficiency in Ms. Office, online drive, skype, zoom, etc).
Candidates must have proven good interpersonal skills, next to independent and teamwork spirits.
