Mission of the role:

Streamlining intricate scientific breakthroughs into accessible narratives for a broad spectrum of audiences, crafting and developing academic content from reputable publications to consistently elevate members’ knowledge, and then translating these into the narrative style of TJF, which is suitable for popular articles or social media, and collaborating with related divisions to disseminate knowledge to convey the nuanced roles of TJF more intuitively graspable for all.

Responsibilities:

1. Transforming detailed scientific publications into engaging, easy-to-read articles and social media content.
2. Selecting and simplifying articles to ensure they are understandable and accessible.
3. Researching and presenting key topics to provide foundational knowledge for team discussions.
4. Performing detailed evaluations of articles produced within the Collabowriting Program.
5. Summarizing scientific research on sustainable use of suboptimal land for food production in TJF Briefs and Policy Briefs.
6. Conveying the organization’s specialized methods in clear, simple terms to a wider audience.
